"30 Seconds to Mars are recreating a scene from their 'Kings and Queens' video," Kroft explained. "They'll have an army of bicyclists arriving with them, and they'll be riding bikes themselves. Most of the bicyclists are from the video."

'Kings And Queens' Has Its Big VMA MomentNow that the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards are in the books, we can take a look at who the big winners were. (In case you missed any of the key moments, go back and check out the live blog of the show as well as the behind-the-scenes look at the pre-show.) Lady Gaga obviously walked away a big victor, as she took home six awards, including the Moonman for Video of the Year for "Bad Romance." Justin Bieber can also hold his head high for winning the coveted Best New Artist, and Eminem added a few more VMAs to his long resumé. But perhaps the biggest winners of the night were the men of 30 Seconds to Mars, whose "Kings and Queens" took home the prize for Best Rock Video.Directed by Jared Leto (under the nom-de-film Bartholomew Cubbins), the gorgeous clip takes place in an abandoned downtown Los Angeles and features a series of enthusiastic kids riding bicycles. It's a transfixing clip and certainly deserving to be put on a pedestal with the rest of the rock video elites. It's an especially big win for the band's fan base, who call themselves the Echelon and have deeply committed themselves to the group. Lady Gaga may have her Little Monsters, but the Echelon are as devoted as any hardcore fan group out there, and as Leto said during his acceptance speech, the victory was as much theirs as it was his.
